Dr. Amy Hoch, DDS

Dr. Amy Hoch was born and raised in Holmdel, New Jersey.  She earned her undergraduate degree at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor and went on to attend dental school at New York University College of Dentistry.

 

After graduating New York University, Dr. Amy completed a one-year general residency at St. Barnabas Hospital in the Bronx, New York before completing a three-year orthodontic residency back at New York University College of Dentistry.  During the last year of residency, Dr. Hoch participated in a private practice program where she worked 3 days a month at Hoch Orthodontics. 

 

Dr. Amy has been a Diplomat of the American Board of Orthodontics since 2013.  This is the highest honor awarded in the field by the only specialty licensing board recognized by both the American Association of Orthodontists and the American Dental Association.  Dr. Amy joined the practice full time in July 2013.  has been named a Top Orthodontist in New Jersey Monthly's Survey of Top Dentists in New Jersey every year since 2012.

Dr. Amy and her husband, Eric, live in Westfield, NJ with their daughter, Sloane and son, Shaun.  The whole family love skiing in the winter, biking in the spring and relaxing on the beach in the summer.  As a hobby, Dr. Amy also loves running marathons, triathlons, and baking/decorating cakes for family and friends!
